All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after full payment is received and verified.
During high-volume periods or live auction events, shipping may take an additional day or two.
Shipping Methods
We use insured and trackable shipping services through carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Each order includes a tracking number, which will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Authenticity Exception
We proudly guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell.
If an item is ever proven inauthentic by a recognized third-party authentication service, we will provide a full refund upon return of the item and proof of verification.
Damaged or Lost Packages
All packages are insured for their full value.
If your order arrives damaged or becomes lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can open a carrier claim and assist in resolving the issue.
Live Whatnot Auctions
All purchases made through Culture 4 Couture’s live Whatnot luxury auctions are also covered by this policy.
Please review item previews and ask questions during the live show before bidding.
Once the auction ends, all sales are final.
