Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after full payment is received and verified.
During high-volume periods or live auction events, shipping may take an additional day or two.

Shipping Methods

We use insured and trackable shipping services through carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Each order includes a tracking number, which will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

• Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days.

• Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

• All shipments are fully insured to protect your investment.

International Shipping

At this time, international shipping may be limited. Please contact us before purchasing if you are located outside the U.S. for a custom shipping quote.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.
Culture 4 Couture is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Because we specialize in authentic pre-owned luxury, every item is unique and carefully described to ensure transparency.
As such, all sales are final.

Final Sale Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

• Color or size preferences

• Minor pre-owned wear or condition variations

Each listing includes detailed photos, descriptions, and condition notes — please review all details carefully before purchase.

Authenticity Exception

We proudly guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell.
If an item is ever proven inauthentic by a recognized third-party authentication service, we will provide a full refund upon return of the item and proof of verification.

Damaged or Lost Packages

All packages are insured for their full value.
If your order arrives damaged or becomes lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can open a carrier claim and assist in resolving the issue.

Live Whatnot Auctions

All purchases made through Culture 4 Couture’s live Whatnot luxury auctions are also covered by this policy.
Please review item previews and ask questions during the live show before bidding.
Once the auction ends, all sales are final.
